She specialises in turning big, creative ideas into organised, actionable plans - building the structure, systems, and strategy needed to move things forward.
Known for her calm execution and sharp strategic instincts, she bridges the gap between vision and delivery - ensuring nothing gets stuck, lost, or left behind.
A certified sailor and ski instructor, she thrives in fast-paced environments and brings that same focus, flexibility, and adventurous energy to every project she leads.
